Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 2026

Welcome to HMC Business Advisory. These terms apply to use of this website and its general information. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. About HMC
HMC Business Advisory is a business name of HMC & Co Pty Ltd. “HMC”, “we” and “our” refer to HMC & Co Pty Ltd trading as HMC Business Advisory. We provide business strategy, performance review, process improvement and related operational support.

2. Website information
Website content is general information. We take reasonable care with it but do not guarantee that it is complete, current, accurate or suitable for your circumstances. Obtain tailored professional advice before relying on it for a significant decision.

3. Client engagements
Service descriptions, packages, timeframes and prices on this site are indicative. The scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees and payment terms for a client project will be set out in a separate written proposal or engagement agreement before work starts. That agreement takes precedence if it differs from this website.

4. Financial product advice
HMC does not provide personal financial advice or financial product advice. We do not recommend or arrange investments, superannuation, insurance, securities or other financial products. Discussion of business cash flow, profitability, budgets and costs is for business management or education. Seek an appropriately licensed adviser for financial product advice.

5. Legal, tax and accounting matters
HMC does not provide legal, taxation or accounting advice. We may identify matters for you to raise with a lawyer, registered tax agent, accountant or other qualified professional.

6. Workplace health and safety
Our process, procedure, training and workplace safety support is intended to help improve operational practices. It is not legal advice, regulatory certification or a guarantee of compliance. Your business remains responsible for its own statutory obligations and for obtaining specialist advice where needed.

7. Discovery calls
A discovery call is an introductory discussion to understand your situation and consider whether an HMC service is suitable. It does not create a client engagement or provide professional advice. Neither party is obliged to proceed.

8. Pricing and GST
Final fees depend on the agreed scope and will be confirmed before engagement. Prices and packages shown here may change. Applicable GST and payment terms will be stated in the proposal or engagement agreement. A change to website pricing does not change an existing signed agreement unless the parties agree.

9. Your responsibilities
If you engage HMC, please provide complete, accurate and timely information. Our observations and deliverables may depend on information supplied by you or your representatives. You remain responsible for your business decisions and implementation.

10. Outcomes
We do not guarantee a particular increase in revenue, profit, productivity or business value, or a particular cost saving or compliance result. Examples, estimates and case studies are illustrative and are not promises of future performance.

11. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website text, graphics, branding and materials are owned by or licensed to HMC. You may view and print them for your own legitimate personal or internal business use. Please obtain our written permission before publishing, modifying, selling or commercially exploiting them.

12. External links
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean endorsement.

13. Website availability
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the site.

14. Liability and consumer rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HMC excludes liability for loss arising from reliance on general website information. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, remedy or consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

15. Privacy
