I understand that running a growing business can become complicated quickly. What once worked can start creating bottlenecks, duplicated work, unclear responsibilities and too much reliance on the owner.
With more than 30 years' experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management and operational change, I established HMC Business Advisory to bring practical, structured business improvement to small and growing businesses.
My approach is straightforward: understand what's really happening, identify what matters most, simplify how the business works and develop practical improvements that can actually be implemented.
