Please do not provide health information, identification documents, tax file numbers or other sensitive information through the website unless HMC has specifically requested it through an appropriate and secure process.

If sensitive information is required for a particular engagement, we will only collect and handle it where reasonably necessary and with consent, or where otherwise permitted or required by law.

7. Overseas storage and disclosure

Some technology and service providers used by HMC may store or process information outside Australia.

In some circumstances, access may be refused or limited where permitted by law. If this occurs, we will explain the reason where legally permitted.

14. Automated decision-making

HMC does not currently use computer programs to make automated decisions using personal information where those decisions could reasonably be expected to significantly affect an individual’s rights or interests.

If this changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain the kinds of personal information used and the types of decisions involved.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. HMC is not responsible for the privacy practices, security or content of those websites. You should review the privacy policy of any third-party website you visit.
